We were going to have a garage sale last weekend, but the weather was not very cooperative. So, instead, we gathered the local branch of the Chaput family tree (sans Pappy...and Andrew showed up too late to make it into the photos) and had us a grand ole time in the living room. We brought out the tiny tent meant to protect little ones from the sun's harsh rays and Lilly talked Annie & Daddy into playing with her for a LONG time in the tent. Lilly & Annie were very entertaining playing Ring Around The Rosie in the 3' cube. After that we watched (and napped during) Zoolander.
Jen was there. The good news was that we had a fun day hanging around the house. The bad news was that we didn't make any $$$ at the garage sale, we have to take everything off the tables because we have a church event this coming Saturday that we'll need the tables for, and then we'll have to set up the sale again on another weekend (date TBD)...and until then our garage is STUFFED with a ton of garage sale items. Sheesh.
Ann's so pretty...Even Wolverine...ahem, Logan joined in on the fun!Yep, we are by far the most normal people I know.
What more can I say...Veird! Very Veird! I just got to love you! Missin' everybody, but lovin' the Gavin! XOXOX Mammy (alias Bumma, Bum, the Biggest of moms, Pook)

When Love Means Nothing

Sorry I haven't posted in a really ,really ,long time. I have been kind of
been in a cool down period, after I went through that time where I was just

so here's what i want you to do, GOD helping you: take your everyday, ordinary life--your sleeping, eating, going-to-work, and walking-around life--and place it before GOD as an offering. embracing what GOD does for you is the best thing you can do for him. don't become so well adjusted to your culture that you fit into it without even thinking. instead, fix your attention on GOD. you'll be changed from the inside out. readily recognize what he wants from you, and quickly respond to it. unlike the culture around you, always dragging you down to its level of immaturity, GOD brings the best out of you, develops well-formed maturity in you.
