Swimming @ George & Norma's

Here's the gang swimming @ Mom & Dad's next door neighbor's house. They are awesome for opening up their pool each year for us to swim! This is the "wave pool" shot: Uncle Nic is a good swim teacher.

Ann is very talented. This is her "trick." She was nice enough to teach it to Jen & Matthew. They're pretty cool, as you can see.

Here's the gang hanging out watching "Wipeout" on Dad's computer after church. Lilly is in her swim diaper anxious to go swimming with everybody. Nic made her wait until the show was over. Ann loves Judah.

Independence Day Festivities

We had a busy 4th of July weekend. Thursday night we went to Niles to catch the fireworks display at the Apple Festival Grounds with a bunch of people from Open Door. Friday we has Soul Pardon over for a "cookout" over our amazing George Foreman grill and then we headed over to the Sollowumps for a pool party. Saturday we had a ODCF staff breakfast and then Dan came over and helped Matt do some much needed yard work. Sunday was church & we hung out at Mom & Dad's until Lilly's bedtime to spend as much time as possible with Mom before she left for North Carolina to wait for Gavin's arrival! Apparently I only took pictures on the 3rd, and they aren't very interesting, but here are my cute kids:

Judah's Checkup

I forgot to mention, for those of you who care, I took Jude to his 2 month checkup yesterday. He is a big boy...over the 95th percentile in weight & height--14.2 lbs. & 24 1/3 inches respectively. With the exception of a little congestion from the cold he caught from Lilly, he's doing great.

Matt's Birthday, My Friend, & Lilly's Parade

For Matt's birthday last Sunday, the Sollowumps brought over some of Chasity's famous cookies.They even personally decorated the container for Matt!My friend Rachel recently moved back into town after a DECADE!!! Lilly and Lucas (Rachel's son) have been playing together. Lilly is "learning" to share. I hope she gets better at that!Lucas is a cutie!This morning Lilly had her 4th of July parade @ GK.
